Are all your trading cards guaranteed to be authentic?
Yes, every card sold by Yume Cards Inc. undergoes a rigorous multi-point inspection by our experts to ensure 100% authenticity and condition accuracy before being listed.
How do you package cards for shipping?
We take protection seriously. All single cards are shipped in a penny sleeve and a rigid top-loader, then secured between cardboard inserts within a bubble mailer to prevent any bending or moisture damage.
What is your return policy for sealed products?
Sealed products, such as booster boxes and elite trainer kits, can be returned within 14 days of delivery provided the factory shrink-wrap remains completely intact and untampered with.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours. Standard shipping within the domestic US usually takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 10-21 days depending on the destination.
Do you offer pre-orders for upcoming card set releases?
Absolutely. We host pre-orders for most major TCG releases. Please note that all items in an order containing a pre-order item will ship together once the final product becomes available.
